Simple DIY Mindfulness and Breathing Tool
I've found that kids are much more receptive to using tools if they have had some part in making them. Enter these super easy DIY breathing sticks. All you need are pipe cleaners and beads. Seriously, that is it! Have the children twist the end of the pipe cleaner, so that the beads stay on. Add at least 6 beads and twist the other end.
