Group Kids Classes (45 minutes):
Half Pints [3-5 year olds]
Combining yoga poses, games, songs, story time, and art, Half Pint classes are a great way to get your little one exploring the world of yoga!
Pints [6-8 year olds]
Pint-sized yogis engage in poses, games, breathing, meditation and relaxation, while gaining strength and flexibility and improving focus and concentration.
Tweens [9-12 year olds]
Tween classes begin to incorporate flowing sequences and partner poses to build inner and outer strength and flexibility, while encouraging positive self-awareness and esteem.
Teens [13 and up]
Teen yogis continue to develop body and mind strength and flexibility through yoga poses, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation. Journaling, group discussions, and valuable activities create a positive environment that supports self-esteem, body appreciation, and tools for stress management.
Family Yoga (60 minutes)
Half Pint Family Yoga is a wonderful opportunity to bond with your family! Family Yoga includes postures appropriate for the whole family, movement, stories, games, and more.
